At the end of February, the ZEXI team organized a two-day leadership training and team-building camp at Luofu Mountain in Huizhou, China.
The event, themed “One Mission, One Team”, brought together colleagues from different departments to strengthen collaboration, resilience, and leadership. Through outdoor challenges and strategic discussions, the program aimed to enhance team cohesion and prepare everyone for the company's next stage of growth.

Outdoor Challenges to Strengthen Teamwork
The training began with a group departure from the company headquarters to Luofu Mountain. After the opening session, the team started a mountain trekking challenge through forest trails and rugged terrain.
Participants worked together to overcome obstacles and complete the route, encouraging each other throughout the journey. These outdoor activities highlighted the importance of trust, communication, and teamwork.
